Compassion
The Directors of Fulham Funerals are concerned with ‘living’ and ‘dying’.
While funeral planning may not be a subject easily discussed, we have the experience required to enable this to be done in a caring, compassionate way.
It is our intention to:
- Advise and guide those who wish to plan their funeral arrangements in advance
- Assist you in the selection of the service of your choice
- Assist your family and close friends to carry out the planned arrangements
- Support the bereaved and help them to adjust to a changed lifestyle.
- The loss of a loved one creates a void in the life of the ‘living’ that only time, friendship and inner strength can fill.
The funeral is a ritual which offers family and friends an opportunity to pay their last respects, honor, to reminisce and share the good thoughts and happy occasions that one associates with the deceased.
Funeral Planning
Given the opportunity most people prefer to plan for the future.
Our consultants are conscious of the need to build a relationship with the family in order to understand their expectations and take their personality into account when planning.
There are several ways to plan ahead, to ensure the funeral of your choice:
- Establish a list of basic information
- Discuss and record your wishes regarding your funeral
- Pre-arrange a fixed plan funeral
What to do when someone dies
When the need arises, there are certain steps you can take to ensure a smooth transition throughout what will be an emotional period for all. Should you not have any pre-arranged plans in place, it would be our privilege to be invited to assist you with all necessary arrangements. Our professional staff are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to work through the necessary steps with you.
